1.-Identify knob to tilt up and down speed controller
2.-Identify how to extend "In" and "Out" speed controller
3.-Identify bolt to allow rotation of clamp
4.-Identify Pins to Fasten Motor to Board
5.-Prepare safety cage to be installed
6.-Remove bolts
7.-Position the motor up side down to allow installation of safety cage
8.-Install Safety cage by installing 2 bolts to hold it on motor
